Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under Estonian and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement (e.g., via email to shop@lyapis.eu) before the 14-day period expires.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- We may deduct costs if the product’s value decreases due to unnecessary handling (e.g., damage or missing parts).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding return shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the original item and place a new order.
